Dungeon Diary is a campaign management platform designed for tabletop role-playing game enthusiasts, particularly Dungeon Masters. The Service allows users to create and manage campaigns, track characters, NPCs, quests, world-building elements, and collaborate with other players.

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameNight Labs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
